肺炎克雷伯氏菌引起腹泻有较多报道.但引起集体性食物中毒尚未见报道.1998年7月16日,在济南某酒店开会人员因食用冰淇淋而发生一起64人的集体性肺炎克雷伯氏菌引起的食物中毒.1 流行病学调查1998年7月14日至16日,在某酒店开会人员,15日0:00至16日11:00陆续出现腹痛、腹泻,少数病人伴有低烧,集中出现在15日0:00～3:00有34例,后又有30人陆续出现同样症状.病人平均潜伏期11h,均有腹痛、腹泻、稀水样便,8例病人出现低烧.5例病人出现轻度脱水症状,医院输液治疗,其余病人现场治疗,日服黄连素、新诺明、痢必灵等药物,症状好转.病程最短2h,最长24h,无一例死亡.参加会议人员455人,集体就餐,48h进食食谱相同.14日15:00～16:00,15日9:00～10:00两次发放冰淇淋,每人2盒,422人食用,64人中毒.中毒者均食用冰淇淋,23名来食者无一人发病.经调查,冰淇淋是会务人员从批发部购进,北京某公司生产.病人反映冰淇淋表层粘软,带有气泡.2 实验室检查2.1 细菌学检验 从剩余食品草莓冰淇淋中培养分离出革兰氏阴性杆菌,用法国梅里埃公司生产的全自动微生物分析系统鉴定为肠杆菌科克雷伯氏菌属肺炎克雷伯氏菌.
