利用数值分析技术研究了TC4钛合金在350℃,BC路径下1、2、4、6道次时等通道转角挤压过程中的载荷、温度、等效应力、等效应变受道次的影响变化。结果表明,随着挤压道次的增加,所需载荷增加,同时载荷的峰值也增加,并且出现的时间向后推移。温度升高,等效应力增加且等效应变增大。在挤压4道次后晶粒细化效果最明显。
The numerical analysis technique was used to study the load, temperature and equivalent stress of TC4 titanium alloy at the passes of 1, 2, 4, and 6 passes of BC at 350 ℃ and BC, and the equivalent strain was affected by the pass Variety. The results show that as the number of extrusion passes increases, the required load increases and the peak load also increases, and the timing of the backward movement shifts backwards. As the temperature rises, the equivalent stress increases and the equivalent strain increases. After extrusion 4 times the grain refinement effect is the most obvious.
