目前教育工作中,如何改进教育行政部門的作風和工作,真正做到深入了解下情,及时解决困难,具体帮助学校和教师,是一个重大的問題。在这个問題上,重視并进一步加强视导工作,是有力的一环。从我們这一期發表的西安市教育局和辽宁省黑山县教育局的两篇关于视导工作的经驗中,从我們了解到的其他材料中,可以看出各地教育行政部門是已經重視并加强视导工作了。有些地区,如苏州市教育局,为了加强視导工作,采取了坚决的措施,取消了原来的中、小学教育科,把行政事务交到秘書科,配备得力干部組成視导科,这种作法的成績虽然还有待未来的事实证明,但这种改进工作的精神,是值得提出的。过去許多地区的經驗都証明了这一点:凡是領导上带头下头,及时發現一些問題,深入总結具体經驗
