研究了表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与奎尼丁作用的共振散射光谱特征。实验结果表明在pH1.81的水溶液中,奎尼丁与SDBS作用并产生以278.0 nm和377.0 nm为特征峰的共振散射增强光谱,在上述特征波长下测定的增强共振光散射强度与奎尼丁浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系。当SDBS的浓度为3.0×10-4moL/L时,奎尼丁的检测限可分别达6.71 nmol/L和6.15 nmol/L。据此建立了痕量奎尼丁的共振光散射分析方法。
The resonance scattering characteristics of the surfactant sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) and quinidine were studied. The experimental results show that in pH1.81 aqueous solution, quinidine and SDBS role and produce 278.0 nm and 377.0 nm resonant peak of enhanced resonance scattering spectra measured at the above characteristic wavelength enhanced resonance light scattering intensity and quinidine Concentration within a certain range of linear relationship.
