方法 在对储层基本特征和流体性质进行研究的基础上 ,分析下二门及孙岗低渗透储层的损害原因。目的 提出油层保护措施。结果 采用屏蔽暂堵技术来改造钻井液 ,以满足钻井液保护多套层系的要求 ;该区不宜采用高浓度的HF进行酸化 ,以免引起油层出砂 ;现场工作液矿化度下二门地区应控制在 2 0 0 0~ 2 5 0 0mg/L ,孙岗地区应控制在 5 0 0 0~ 5 5 0 0mg/L ;注入水 pH值应小于 8,流速应尽量使用临界下限 ( 0 1~ 0 5mL/min) ,以防止微粒运移造成地层损害。结论 油层损害受内部和外部两种因素影响 ,应根据油层岩石本身特征和所包含的流体性质 ,选择合适的钻井、采油等技术 ,以降低油层损害 ,提高开发效果。
Methods Based on the study of the basic characteristics and fluid properties of the reservoirs, the causes of the damage of the Xiaermen and Sungang low permeability reservoirs were analyzed. Results The shielding temporary plugging technology was used to rebuild the drilling fluid to meet the requirements of the drilling fluid to protect multiple sets of layers. The high-concentration HF should not be acidified in this zone to avoid oil sands. The on-site working fluid salinity was found in Ermen area Should be controlled at 200 ~ 250mg / L, Sunang area should be controlled at 500 ~ 550mg / L; injection water pH value should be less than 8, the flow rate should be as low as possible to use the lower limit (0 1 ~ 0 5mL / min) to prevent formation damage caused by particle migration. Conclusion Reservoir damage is affected by both internal and external factors. Techniques such as proper drilling and oil recovery should be selected according to the characteristics of the reservoir rocks themselves and the fluids to be contained to reduce damage to the reservoir and improve development effectiveness.
