长期以来,党中央、国务院高度重视党风廉政建设,采取了一系列措施,取得了明显成效。但近些年来,随着改革开放的深入推进和市场经济的迅速发展,新情况、新矛盾不断出现,党风廉政建设面临新的困难和挑战。维护群众利益是党和政府的神圣职责,是我们一切工作的出发点和归宿。党风廉政建设作为党和政府加强自身建设的重要环节,决定了党风廉政建设的必须以维护群众利益为出发点。
For a long time, the CPC Central Committee and State Council have attached great importance to the building of a clean government and a series of measures have achieved remarkable results. However, in recent years, with the deepening reform and opening up and the rapid development of the market economy, new situations and new conflicts have emerged constantly, and the building of a clean government and the Party environment are facing new difficulties and challenges.
