糖基化终末产物是还原糖与蛋白质、脂质、核酸等非酶反应过程晚期形成的具有高反应性的一组化合物。它们伴随年龄不断在各组织器官中积聚并影响其结构和功能。近年来,糖基化终末产物与衰老过程之间的密切联系逐步引起重视。本文综述了糖基化终末产物与心血管系统、肾脏、脑、骨关节、皮肤及生殖系统衰老关系的研究进展。
Glycation end products are a group of compounds with high reactivity formed during the non-enzymatic reaction of reducing sugars with proteins, lipids and nucleic acids. As they age, they accumulate in various tissues and organs and affect their structure and function. In recent years, the close relationship between advanced glycation end products and aging process gradually attracted attention. This review summarizes the research progress of the relationship between advanced glycation end products and cardiovascular system, kidney, brain, bone and joint, skin and reproductive system.
