遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症一个家系调查

最近我们发现1例遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症病人,对其家族116位成员进行调查,发现本病33例,其中6例进行了实验室检查,现报告如下。1 病例报告 首证病例:男,60岁。(编号Ⅲ_6先证者)因间断性鼻衄30余年,舌、牙龈出血10余年,再次鼻衄3天于1992年10月20日就诊。患者26～27岁开始出现鼻衄,量较少,每月2～3次,经局部压迫血即止。年龄增大后鼻衄量增多增频,有时每天多达5～6
