关于社会主义社会的基经济矛盾问题,至今还存在着分歧的意见。这个问题的解决,对于社会主义经济建段和社会主义经济理论——特别是社会主义政治经济学,都有着重大的意义。本刊为了要深入的讨论这个问题,在上一期(今年第二期)刊载了一篇王惟中同志的“为什么生产和需要的矛盾是社会主义社会的基本经济矛盾”。4月30日又与本院政冶经济学教研组共同召开了一次讨论这个问题的座谈会,并邀请院外同志参加。在座谈会上,大家展开了热烈的论争。兹将与会者的发言稿陆续在本刊“讨论”欄发,并希望读者参加讨论。
As for the basic economic contradictions in socialist society, there still exist differences of opinion. The solution to this issue is of great significance to the construction of the socialist economy and to the socialist economic theory, especially to the socialist political economy. In order to discuss this issue in depth, we published in the last issue (the second issue of this year) a commentary on why “the contradiction between production and needs is the basic economic contradiction in socialist society.” On April 30, we held a symposium jointly with the Teaching and Research Section of Political Economics of our hospital to discuss this issue and invited non-governmental comrades to attend. At the forum, everyone started a heated debate. The participants’ speeches will be published one after another in the column of “Discussion” and hope readers will participate in the discussion.
