为了明确设施大樱桃在果实发育过程中营养成分含量的变化规律,以“红灯”为试材,对设施大樱桃发育中果实可溶性固形物、维生素C及果实硬度进行了研究。结果表明:随着果实的生长,可溶性固形物含量呈增加趋势;维生素C含量呈“升—降”的动态变化,授粉后35d,维生素C含量达到最高值;果实硬度则呈逐渐下降趋势,授粉后42d左右果实硬度下降至最低点。为了保证果实品质,建议在生产上可将授粉后的35~42d作为判断果实成熟度的参考指标。
In order to clarify the changing rule of nutrition content in cherry during the fruit development, “Solid Red” was used as experimental material to study the soluble solids, vitamin C and fruit firmness in the developing cherry. The results showed that with the growth of fruit, the content of soluble solids increased, the content of vitamin C showed a dynamic change from “up to down”, and the content of vitamin C reached its highest level 35 days after pollination; while the hardness of fruit decreased gradually 42d after pollination fruit firmness dropped to the lowest point. In order to ensure the fruit quality, it is suggested that 35 ~ 42d after pollination can be used as a reference index to judge the fruit maturity in production.
