一九八六年五月六日至七日,我校邀请国内专家,对植物生理教研室及栽培生理研究所研究组装的密闭式气路CO_2斜率法测定作物群体及单叶光合速率的装置进行了技术鉴定,与会专家对该装置给与高度评价,建议定名为XMB—1型光合测定仪,尽快在大专院校及农业科研单位推广使用。作物光合速率的测定对作物栽培和生理学科的发展、提高作物产量和育种水平都有重要意义,一向为农业和生物学工作者所关注,但测定设备复杂,造价昂贵。近年来,红外线CO_2气体分析仪已在不少单位用于室内光合速率测定,但田间作物单叶和群体光合速率则无理想测定方法。

It has always been of concern to agricultural and biological workers, but the measuring equipment is complex and expensive. In recent years, infrared CO_2 gas analyzer has been used in many units of indoor photosynthetic rate determination, but field crops single leaf and population photosynthesis rate is no ideal method of determination.
