为了探究3种菌肥与复合肥组合对地黄产量及品质的影响,采用正交试验设计,测定地黄产量、梓醇与毛蕊花糖苷含量,并根据变异系数权重法综合评价,再经直观分析筛选出最佳组合。试验处理6(GG2212.5g/m~2+GB43 25g/m~2+CB25 2.5g/m~2+复合肥25g/m~2)较佳,相比对照组(施用史丹利复合肥59.97g/m~2)产量增高15.97%,毛蕊花糖苷含量相同,梓醇含量增高3.40%,且复合肥用量减少了58.31%。施用菌肥与复合肥的组合能够降低成本,提高地黄产量与品质,适合大田推广。
In order to explore the effects of three kinds of bacteriostat and compound fertilizer on the yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa, orthogonal design was used to determine the content of Rehmannia glutinosa, catalpol and verbascoside, and comprehensively evaluated according to the variation coefficient weighting method best combination. Test treatment 6 (GG2212.5g / m ~ 2 + GB43 25g / m ~ 2 + CB25 2.5g / m ~ 2 + compound fertilizer 25g / m ~ 2) is better than the control group (application of Stanley compound fertilizer 59.97g / m ~ 2 increased 15.97%, Verbascoside content was the same, catalpol content increased by 3.40%, and the amount of compound fertilizer decreased by 58.31%. The combination of bacteriostat and compound fertilizer can reduce the cost and improve the yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa, which is suitable for field promotion.
