党的十六届三中全会《决定》提出的“大力发展国有资本、集体资本和非公有资本等参股的混合所有制经济”论断,是对公有经济为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展基本经济制度的充实和完善,同时,也为构建基本经济制度的经济体制指明了方向。本文分析了所有制与混合经济体制的关系,研究了我国经济体制的混合型特征特点及问题。
The assertion of “vigorously developing the mixed ownership economy of state-owned capital, collective capital and non-public capital,” put forward by the “Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party” is based on the assumption that the public ownership economy is the mainstay and that various kinds of ownership and economy develop together to develop the basic economic system And at the same time, pointed out the direction of the economic structure for building a basic economic system. This paper analyzes the relationship between ownership and mixed economic system, and studies the characteristics and problems of mixed features of China’s economic system.
