目的探讨抗TFE3抗体在腺泡状软组织肉瘤(ASPS)病理诊断中的应用价值。方法用免疫组化方法研究抗TFE3抗体在9例ASPS和23例其他软组织肉瘤中的表达情况,同时研究一组其他抗体的表达情况。结果抗TFE3抗体在9例ASPS中均为肿瘤细胞核中～强(+),而6例横纹肌肉瘤、4例透明细胞肉瘤、8例滑膜肉瘤和5例上皮样肉瘤的肿瘤细胞胞核均(-)。9例ASPS中,MyoD1均为胞质(+),其他抗体未见一致的阳性表达。结论抗TFE3抗体对ASPS的病理诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the value of anti-TFE3 antibody in the pathological diagnosis of acinar soft tissue sarcoma (ASPS). Methods The expression of anti-TFE3 antibody in 9 cases of ASPS and 23 cases of other soft-tissue sarcomas was studied by immunohistochemistry. At the same time, the expression of other antibodies was studied. Results The anti-TFE3 antibodies were all ~ (+) in the nuclei of the tumor in 9 cases of ASPS. The nuclei of tumor cells in 6 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, 4 cases of clear cell sarcoma, 8 cases of synovial sarcoma and 5 cases of epithelioid sarcoma were -). In 9 cases of ASPS, MyoD1 was cytoplasmic (+), the other antibodies were not consistently positive expression. Conclusion Anti-TFE3 antibody has important reference value for the pathological diagnosis of ASPS.
