我厂混凝土搅拌楼料斗电子秤是DCZ-1/03型,每台有三个传感器。为了保证构件质量,我厂规定每月对各秤传感器单独进行两次标定。如果委托外单位做标定工作,支出很大。为此,我厂采用了一种比较简单的方法,自行标定传感器。先制作如图1所示的钢架。用一标准磅秤(精度达1/1000),称出吊板及加在吊板上法码或铁块的总重量,该重量是按具体配合比的要求确定的。然后,将传感器放置在千斤顶与吊板之间,如图2所示,电子秤通电,调零电位器将度盘调至零位,随后将吊板上的钢丝绳挂在
