两港公路大治河桥为国内首次采用鱼脊连续梁的桥梁,施工工艺复杂,施工控制方面的关键技术难度较高。结合现场施工实际情况,借助有限元分析理论和计算机数值模拟技术分析,对其施工控制关键技术进行了初步研究。这一新型桥梁的受力特性、施工工艺、施工监测、挂篮悬臂分段分层混凝土施工、鱼脊梁预应力技术要求、合龙段施工和体系转换方案等各个方面都有特殊之处,通过对其关键技术点分析,可供类似桥梁的施工控制借鉴。
The Dazhi River Bridge on both Ports and Highway is the first bridge in China that uses continuous fish-ridge beams. The construction technology is complex and the key technologies in construction control are more difficult. Combined with the actual situation of the construction site, with the help of finite element analysis theory and computer numerical simulation technology analysis, the key construction control technology was studied. The new bridge’s stress characteristics, construction technology, construction monitoring, hanging basket cantilever segmented concrete construction, fish backbone prestressed technical requirements, closing section construction and system conversion programs and other aspects are special, through The key technical point analysis, for similar bridge construction control reference.
