几年来,我们试用了三种不同培养基进行结核菌培养,结果,用牛奶、土豆、鸡蛋培养基需21天见菌落,采用蛋黄、马铃薯、甘油培养基亦需21天出结果,而它们的缺点较多,如所需蛋黄多,蛋清无用造成浪费,同时培养基又易干裂,于是我们应用了番茄汁培养结核菌,其结果较为满意,它的优点:(1)出结果快,14夭菌落即长的很好,(2)该培养基不易污染,(3)培养基放在冰箱内可保持一个月以上不变质,(4)该培养基不易干裂,培养时不用加盐水(凝结水已足够用)。兹将采用天门冬素番茄汁培养基培养结核菌的点滴经验介绍如下,以供参考。一、培养方法:1.标本:用带蜡的纸盒给病人留痰,尽量多
