针对深埋全煤巷道开挖后围岩松散破碎、变形大且难以稳定、流变效应明显的特点,以建北煤矿104工作面回风巷为工程背景,分析了该巷道围岩变形破坏特征和机理,提出了以强帮固顶、一次柔性支护、二次刚性支护为原则的支护方案。运用FLAC3D数值计算软件预测分析了支护前后围岩的变形和塑性区发育情况,确定了方案的可行性。
In view of the characteristics of loosely crushed, deformed and difficult to be stable and obvious rheological effect of surrounding rock after excavation of deep coal roadway, taking the return airway of 104 face in Jianbei coal mine as the engineering background, the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of this tunnel are analyzed. And mechanism, put forward a strong support solid top, a flexible support, the second support for the principle of rigid support program. Using FLAC3D numerical calculation software, the deformation and plastic zone development of surrounding rock before and after the support are predicted and analyzed, and the feasibility of the scheme is confirmed.
