目的研究主体炸药HMX粒度对HMX/F2641冲击波起爆感度的影响.方法采用小隔板试验测定不同粒度下传爆药(HMX∶F2641料比=95∶5)的冲击波感度,并进行理论分析.结果给出了不同粒度下传爆药的冲击波感度值,冲击波感度值以50%起爆对应的隔板值表示.结论主体炸药粒度对传爆药的冲击波起爆感度具有显著影响.在中等密度条件下,传爆药冲击波感度随主体炸药粒度的减小而降低,表明中等密度条件下HMX/F2641冲击波感度随主体炸药HMX粒度的减小而降低.
Objective To study the effect of HMX particle size on the detonation sensitivity of HMX / F2641 shock wave. Methods The small-plate test was used to determine the shock sensitivity of booster charge (HMX: F2641 = 95: 5) at different particle sizes and theoretical analysis. Results The shock sensitivity values of blasting charge at different particle sizes are given. The shock sensitivity values are expressed as the corresponding separator values of 50%. Conclusion The particle size of the main explosive has a significant effect on the blast sensitivity of the booster charge. Under moderate density conditions, shock sensitivity of booster charge decreases with the decrease of the particle size of the main explosives, indicating that HMX / F2641 shock sensitivity decreases with decreasing HMX particle size of medium explosives at medium density.
