青岛市地铁2号线首次采用双护盾TBM施工,由于TBM掘进速度较快,在TBM到达暗挖车站时,车站中板尚未施工完毕。为保障TBM空推过站安全和暗挖车站施工工期,需增加辅助措施,在暗挖车站内预留TBM过站空间。根据双护盾TBM盾体组装后的轮廓尺寸,在站内设置门型钢架,通过合理的设计以及可靠的安装,为双护盾TBM顺利实现空推过站创造有利条件。
Qingdao Metro Line 2 for the first time using double-shield TBM construction, due to TBM tunneling speed, TBM arrives at underground excavation station, the station has not yet completed construction of the plate. In order to ensure the safety of TBM emptying stations and the construction period of excavation stations, TBM should be provided with additional measures to reserve space for TBM in the underground excavation stations. According to the outline size of double-shield TBM shield body, the door-type steel frame is set up in the station. With reasonable design and reliable installation, favorable conditions are created for double shield TBM to realize empty push station.
