一、引言用机-电测量系统测量材料应变是人们最熟悉,且用得最广泛的技术,它是用应变计变换测量值。本文将指出,那些已成功地用以对工业零件作长度测量的光学衍射法同样适用于对机械零件进行应变测量。
I. INTRODUCTION Using machine-electric measuring system to measure material strain is one of the most familiar and most widely used techniques. It is to transform the measured value with a strain gauge. This article will point out that those optical diffraction methods that have been successfully used to measure the length of industrial parts are equally suitable for strain measurement of mechanical parts.
