超微结构、原位杂交及免疫组化等研究表明,麻疹病毒可持续感染胃肠道,特别是克隆病的肠组织。本文研究目的是进一步证实麻疹病毒在克隆病肠道组织的持续感染。 材料与方法:用麻疹病毒感染的绿色猴肾细胞(Vero细胞)作为阳性对照,未感染的Vero细胞作为阴性对照。组织来源:1例亚急性硬化性全脑炎的脑组织,1例急性麻疹病毒性阑尾炎,6例肉芽肿性克隆病(4例为直肠活检组织,2例为阑尾)。诊断依据临床及组织病理证据,2例肠结核作为阴性对照。所有切片
Studies on ultrastructure, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry have shown that the measles virus can infect the gastrointestinal tract, especially the gut tissue. The purpose of this study is to further confirm the sustained infection of the measles virus in Crohn’s disease intestinal tissue. Materials and Methods: Measles virus-infected green monkey kidney cells (Vero cells) were used as positive controls and uninfected Vero cells served as negative controls. Tissue sources: 1 case of subacute sclerosing pan-encephalitis in brain tissue, 1 case of acute measles viral appendicitis, 6 cases of granulomatous Crohn’s disease (4 cases of rectal biopsy, 2 cases of appendix).
