目的了解广州市越秀区居民乳及乳制品的摄入情况,为指导居民合理膳食提供科学依据。方法随机抽取425名越秀区居民进行问卷调查,采用EpiData3.1进行数据录入,并用SPSSl3.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果居民乳制品的摄入率为85.65%,总人均每日摄入量为100.26g;人均每日摄入量由高到低依次是纯乳(67.77g)、酸奶(18.03g)、奶粉(7.16g)、含乳饮料(6.88g)及奶酪(0.42g);乳制品摄入量的达标率为6.12%。不同年龄、职业、文化程度居民乳制品平均摄入量差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),摄入较多的是3~12岁、学龄前儿童和小学及小学以下人群,其人均每日摄入量中位数分别为95.84g、137.10g和100.00g。结论仅6.12%的居民乳制品摄入量达到推荐量,远低于世界水平。应加大乳制品的宣传力度,特别是针对儿童青少年的健康干预,倡导居民增加乳制品的摄入量以优化健康状态。
Objective To understand the intake of milk and dairy products among residents in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City and provide a scientific basis for guiding residents’ reasonable diet. Methods A total of 425 residents in Yuexiu District were selected for questionnaire survey. EpiData3.1 was used for data entry and SPSSl3.0 statistical software was used for data processing. Results The intake rate of dairy products for residents was 85.65%, and the total daily intake of residents was 100.26g. The average per capita daily intake was 67.77g, yogurt 18.03g, milk powder 7.16g), milk beverage (6.88g) and cheese (0.42g). The compliance rate of dairy products intake was 6.12%. The average intake of dairy products among different age, occupation and education level was statistically significant (P <0.05). The intake of more dairy products was from 3 to 12 years old. The average intake of preschool children and below primary and elementary school was The median daily intake was 95.84g, 137.10g and 100.00g, respectively. Conclusion Only 6.12% of the residents’ dairy products intake reached the recommended level, much lower than the world level. Dairy products should be stepped up publicity efforts, especially for children and adolescents health interventions, advocate residents to increase the intake of dairy products in order to optimize the health status.
