液体成型工艺(LCM)是低成本制造技术的重要发展方向,以低黏度和多功能性的EP为基体、复配型脂环族胺类为固化剂,在目前商用EP(环氧树脂)/固化剂体系的基本性能试验研究基础上,优选出适合无人机机体结构制造用的手糊/液体成型树脂体系。研究结果表明:新型EP基体具有黏度较低、操作时间较长、力学性能和环境适应性较好等特点,并且能提供更高的工作温度上限,而且能够满足液体成型无人机机体结构的工艺要求;采用注胶设备生产最终制品时,可有效提高生产效率、降低化学品对人体的危害。
Liquid molding process (LCM) is an important development direction of low-cost manufacturing technology.
