第一条 为培育政府采购市场,规范政府采购行为,共享政府采购资源,根据我省建设区域政府采购市场的实践和“规范行为、讲求效率”的原则,依照《中华人民共和国政府采购法》,特制定本办法。 第二条 区域政府采购市场建设,地域范围包括省、市(州)、县(市、区)三级;建设内容包括采购方式的联合、采购资源的共享。
