翼状胬肉手术方法繁多,均因复发率较高不为术者欢迎;非手术疗法的锌离子透入、激素滴眼、放射线照射等亦因疗效不确或致障之弊而使用受限。我们用争光霉素、强地松龙、普鲁卡因混合液(称:复方争光霉素),直接注入胬肉体法取得满意效果:不单适合进行性胬肉,也适合术后复发性胬肉。近五年治疗246眼中:静止性胬肉因有碍美观和眼球活动不适者106眼,进行性胬肉112眼,术后复发性胬肉28眼。一次注药有效率93%,治愈率81%。
