目的进一步加强学校食品卫生安全管理,取得学校食堂硬件设施和卫生状况底数,探讨下一步工作重点,更好地预防和控制学生集体食物中毒及食源性疾病的发生。方法 2010年9月,区卫生监督所采取随机抽样的方法对辖区26个学生集体食堂进行调查,并按照卫生设施、卫生状况、人员情况、卫生监督监测情况分类进行分析并提出建议。结果学校食堂的卫生监督监测结果不理想,其中索证只占应索证10%左右,而餐具消毒合格率仅60%左右,存在着卫生管理漏洞和卫生安全隐患。结论应加大监督和服务力度,特别是对餐饮服务人员的培训,以保障学校就餐安全。
Objective To further strengthen the school food hygiene and safety management, to obtain the school cafeteria hardware facilities and the health status of the base, to explore the focus of the next step to better prevent and control the students of collective food poisoning and foodborne diseases. Methods In September 2010, the district health supervision office adopted a random sampling method to investigate the collective canteens of 26 students in its jurisdiction and analyzed and put forward suggestions according to the classification of health facilities, health conditions, personnel conditions and health supervision and monitoring. Results The health supervision and inspection results of school canteens were unsatisfactory. Only 10% of them should be cabled, while the pass rate of tableware disinfection was only about 60%. There were health management loopholes and health and safety risks. Conclusion Supervision and service should be stepped up, especially catering service personnel training to ensure school food safety.
