通过243个测点的正拉黏结强度试验和24个测点的剪切黏结强度试验,分析了聚合物砂浆与混凝土界面黏结性能,探讨了黏结强度的影响因素;结合试验数据提出了正拉黏结强度和剪切黏结强度的计算模型。结果表明:抹灰龄期、界面粗糙度、混凝土和砂浆强度、修补方位等是影响黏结性能的主要因素,其显著性水平按此顺序由高到低排列;随龄期增长、混凝土与砂浆强度提高,黏结强度增大,增幅降低;随界面粗糙度增大,黏结强度增大,但粗糙度并非越大越好;不同修补方位的黏结强度基本上遵循顶面大于侧面、侧面大于底面的规律。
