本文第一部份简要介绍了系统设计的基本概念,包括系统定义,本质性的特点,系统设计的基本原理与过程,并指出了与常规设计的区别。第二部份首先定义了营连两级组成的火控系统的性能指标,作为系统设计的指标函数,根据实际情况建立了实用模型,并指出这种模型包括了文献中未曾论及的特殊随机服务系统,它的特殊性主要有,逗留时间不单是服务前的排队等待时间,而是等待时间与服务时间之总和,一旦逗留期满即使正在服务过程中也立刻中断而离开系统以及服务台的数目不固定,而是以一定概率取值,又提出了用模糊数学的基本概念分析了系统重要参数与性能指标间的近似关系,然后指出了近似求系统最优化的方法步骤。第三部份利用前二部份得出的结果,具体分析新设计的火控系统比原有系统性能上的提高以及搜索雷达,火控雷达之重要设计方向,从系统设计角度选择重要参数。附录一中介绍了模糊数学的基本概念和本文中所用的模糊数学基本方法。附录二中较详细地推导了前述特殊随机服务系统的稳态分析解。
The first part of this article briefly introduces the basic concepts of system design, including system definition, essential characteristics, the basic principles and processes of system design, and points out the differences from the conventional design.
