文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,针对高校休闲体育课程缺失的现实情况,对高校开展休闲体育课程的可行因素做出分析。研究得出:经济水平的提高为休闲体育的发展提供了沃土;社会个体对休闲体育专业人才的需求以及高校师生对休闲体育课程认识程度的提高,都成为普通高校休闲体育课程开展的优势因素。同时,文章还进一步提出了休闲体育课程开展的初步建议。
By using the methods of literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this dissertation analyzes the current situation of the absence of leisure sports courses in colleges and universities and analyzes the feasible factors of leisure sports courses in colleges and universities. The result shows that the improvement of economic level has provided the fertile ground for the development of leisure sports. The demand of leisure sports professionals and the improvement of understanding of leisure sports courses by teachers and students in colleges and universities have all become the predominant factors in the development of leisure sports courses in colleges and universities . At the same time, the article further puts forward the preliminary suggestions of carrying out leisure sports curriculum.
