多少年来,在我生活和工作的小环境里,有许多人读说我会说话。其实我主要是注意如下几方面: ——以诚相见。对任何人包括不同性别、年龄、职业、民族等的谈话对象都应当诚心相处,俗话说:心诚则灵,只要有与人为善的态度,诚心地以心交心。即再使拙笨的嘴也会吐出令人称快的言词。相反,如果虚情假意,再甜美的声音,也会令人作呕。——尊重对方。尤其要尊重有些方面不如你的谈话对象,比如学历、身高、长相等。你绝不能轻视对方,更不能给对方难堪。处处尊重对方,那么对方就会产生补偿回报心理,觉得你有教养,会说话,甚至会送上几句赞美你的话——顾及说话对象的心情,与别人交谈要充分考虑到对方的心理状态,要有眉眼高低,要知趣儿。不要做“火上浇油”的蠢事,而要善于“锦上添花”。为别人增添乐趣,给别人谈话结束后一个轻松的说话氛围。对方回想起来仍良蓄未消。——考虑到自己的心情。当自己心情好时,外出办事容易得多,成功率高。
