基于2002-2012年的省级面板数据,实证研究技术进步、经济结构调整对能源强度收敛性的影响效应。研究表明:我国省份间能源强度存在显著的空间收敛性且收敛速度达到每年2.1%至2.3%,产业转移推进了产值的空间重构,建筑业的跨区转入、技术进步、国有及国有控股工业企业占比的下降具有减缓能源强度增长率的作用。在通过技术进步提升各区域能源消耗效率的同时,需将产业转移和产权结构的相关政策调控纳入能源强度宏观调控的统一框架体系。
Based on provincial panel data from 2002 to 2012, we empirically study the impact of technological progress and economic structural adjustment on energy intensity convergence. The results show that there is a significant spatial convergence of energy intensity among provinces in our country and the convergence rate reaches 2.1% -2.3% per year. The industrial transfer promotes the spatial reconstruction of output value, the transfer of construction industry, technological progress, state-owned and state- The decline in the share of industrial enterprises has the effect of slowing down the growth rate of energy intensity. While improving the energy consumption efficiency in all regions through technological progress, it is necessary to include relevant policies on industrial transfer and ownership structure into a unified framework of macroeconomic regulation and control of energy intensity.
