本文采用卵性鉴定准确率在98%以上的双生子法,对22对单卵双生子及16对双卵双生子进行血清乳酸脱氢酶活性的遗传学研究,发现单卵双生子对的乳酸脱氢酶活性相关系数高达0.79,而双卵双生子对仅为0.46。说明遗传因素对血清乳酸脱氢酶活性的大小有一定作用。作者用4种方法计算其遗传度为61～89%。
