对广州某医院１９９２～１９９４年住院病人院内感染的监控管理和流行病学调查结果表明，平均感染率为５．６５％，例次发病数１２４１次，例次感染率６．５２％。１９９２年、１９９３年、１９９４年的院内感染率分别是５．１６％、６．２７％、５．６７％。三年逐月统计分析、比较，各月各季节无特异性，非暴发流行，各感染部位、各科室感染率不同。致病菌以霉菌居首（３２．５５％），感染病例以低龄和老龄居多（５１．４８％）。
The surveillance and epidemiological investigation of inpatients with nosocomial infections from 1992 to 1994 in a hospital in Guangzhou showed that the average infection rate was 5.65%, the number of incidences was 1241 and the incidence rate was 6.52%. Infection rates in 1992, 1993 and 1994 were 5.16%, 6.27% and 5.67% respectively. Three-year monthly statistical analysis, comparison, each month of each season non-specific, non-epidemic, the infection sites, departments of different infection rates. The most common pathogens were mold and mildew (32.55%). The majority of cases were young and old (51.48%).
