东营市河口区在实施王庄灌区二干一、三分干节水改造工程中,加强领导,完善各项管理制度,实行项目法人责任制,招标投标制和工程建设监理制,建立健全质量控制体系,科学调度、安全施工,加强资金控制,确保了工程优质高效。工程运行后,极大改善供水条件,节水效果十分明显,使灌区发挥经济、社会和生态等综合效益。
