目的研究人乳铁蛋白(HLF)对小鼠辐射损伤的保护作用。方法无特定病原体级balb/c雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、照射对照组和HLF防护组。HLF防护组每天1次给小鼠灌胃质量浓度为1.0 g/L HLF溶液,连续7 d。正常对照组和照射对照组用同样的方法灌胃给予等体积的生理氯化钠。最后1次灌胃后2 h除正常对照组外,其余2组小鼠全身均匀接受2.0 Gy X射线照射,24 h后颈椎脱臼法处死小鼠。观察HLF对小鼠周围血白细胞(WBC)和脏器指数、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)水平、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的影响。结果 HLF防护组SOD活力、周围血WBC、脾脏和胸腺指数均升高,而MDA水平降低,与照射对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HLF防护组的骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率低于照射对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HLF对小鼠辐射损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of human lactoferrin (HLF) on radiation injury in mice. Methods Balb / c male mice without specific pathogen were randomly divided into normal control group, irradiation control group and HLF protection group. The mice in the HLF protection group were given 1.0 g / L HLF solution once daily for 7 days. The normal control group and the irradiation control group were administered with the same volume of physiological sodium chloride by the same method. 2 h after the last intragastric administration, except the normal control group, the other two groups of mice received 2.0 Gy X-ray whole body evenly, and mice were sacrificed 24 hours after cervical dislocation. The effects of HLF on peripheral blood leukocytes (WBC) and organ index, serum SOD activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and micronuclei of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were observed. Results The activity of SOD, WBC, spleen and thymus index in peripheral blood of HLF-treated group were both increased, while the level of MDA was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). HLF-treated bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes The micronucleus rate was lower than that of irradiated control group (P <0.05). Conclusion HLF can protect mice against radiation injury.
