这次林业经济学会年会是在全国和全区进一步贯彻执行国民经济调整、改革、整顿、提高的方针,取得很大成绩的大好形势下召开的。是全区林业经济工作者和从事林业实际工作的同志第一次聚集一堂,共同研究讨论林业经济理论问题。因此,这次会议很重要,是林业经济研究工作的新起点,也是一次发动全区林业科学技术干部和林业工作者向林业经济领域
The annual meeting of the Forestry Economics Society was held under the excellent situation of achieving great achievements in further implementing the principle of national economic restructuring, reform, rectification and improvement throughout the country and the entire region. It is the first time that all the forestry economy workers and comrades engaged in forestry work gather together to study and discuss the theoretical issues concerning forestry economy. Therefore, this meeting is very important and is a new starting point for the study of forestry economy. It is also a time when the entire region’s forestry science and technology cadres and foresters are urged to make efforts in the forestry economy
