目的了解湖北省神农架林区居民2006-2011年恶性肿瘤住院水平及其变化趋势,为制定相关防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2006-2011年湖北省神农架林区恶性肿瘤患者住院资料进行统计分析,主要包括历年病例性别和职业分布情况,住院费用以及各类肿瘤患者性别年龄分布状况和顺位。结果 2006-2011年湖北省神农架林区居民恶性肿瘤住院病例1 104例,呈逐年上升趋势,其中男性632例,占57.25%;农民职业506人,占45.83%,其次为干部职工394人,占35.69%、城镇居民204人,占18.48%。恶性肿瘤患者人均住院费用2.65万元,是其他住院病例的7倍。1 104名恶性肿瘤住院病例中,排名前5位的是气管、支气管、肺恶性肿瘤,女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,食管恶性肿瘤,肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤和乳腺恶性肿瘤。不同类别恶性肿瘤存在着年龄与性别差异。男女性别比为2.93∶1,病例数随年龄增长而升高。结论恶性肿瘤已成为严重危害居民生命和健康的主要因素,应进一步加强恶性肿瘤综合防治力度。
Objective To understand the resident level and its changing trend of residents with malignant tumors in Shennongjia forest area in Hubei Province from 2006 to 2011, and to provide the basis for making relevant prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the hospitalization data of patients with malignant tumors in Shennongjia Forest Region in Hubei Province from 2006 to 2011. The data included the gender and occupational distribution, hospitalization expenses, gender and age distribution of all kinds of cancer patients in the past years. Results From 2006 to 2011, 1 104 cases of resident malignant tumors in Shennongjia forest area of Hubei Province showed an upward trend year by year, including 632 males, accounting for 57.25%; 506 peasants occupying 45.83%, followed by 394 cadres and workers, accounting for 35.69%, 204 urban residents, accounting for 18.48%. Per capita hospitalized patients with cancer costs 26,500 yuan, 7 times the number of other inpatients. Of the 104 patients with malignancy, the top five were trachea, bronchial, pulmonary malignancies, female reproductive system malignancies, esophageal malignancies, liver and intrahepatic bile duct malignancies, and breast malignancies. There are age and gender differences in different types of malignancies. Sex ratio for men and women was 2.93: 1, the number of cases increased with age. Conclusions Malignant tumors have become the major factors that seriously endanger the lives and health of residents. We should further strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
