众所周知,播音是一门通过语言传递信息的艺术,素质对播音主持人来说非常重要。一部内涵深刻、生动丰富、经得起反复推敲的作品,可能会因为没有找到合适的播音主持,而使播出效果不理想;但是,一部相对平庸的作品,却可能因主持人对其内容理解到位、恰到好处的处理和表达,而显得很独特。在现代化信息社会,更高层次的广播电视新形态已经出现,因此,培养高素质的广播电台主持人才,将是促使广播电视事业健康有序发展和提高自身竞争力的一大重点。
