本文从全国经济和教育的宏观背景出发;提出了新形势下县级电大改革与发展的整体思路。文章首先论述了县级电大的地位、作用和现状,指出在当前情况下,要想加快我省县级电大的发展.就必须从实际出发,下决心采取较大的改革措施,才能奏效。文章接着提出了“联合办学,组建县级远程教育中心”的全新构想。同时提出了联合的“三原则”。最后,文章提出并回答了当前急需解决的几个思想认识问题。
This article starts from the macroeconomic background of the national economy and education and puts forward the overall idea of the reform and development of the county TV University in the new situation. The article first discusses the status, role and current situation of the county TV University, pointing out that under the current circumstances, in order to speed up the development of the county TV University in our province, we must proceed from the reality, determined to take greater reform measures to be effective. The article then proposed a new concept of “joint education, the establishment of county-level distance education center”. At the same time, they proposed the “three principles” of cooperation. At last, the article proposed and answered several problems of ideological problems urgently needed to be solved.
