目的:研究拐芹Angelica polymorpha根化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定结合谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从拐芹中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为5-羟基-2-[(当归酰氧基)甲基]呋喃[3′,2′:6,7]骈色原酮(5-hydroxy-2-[(angeloyloxy)methyl]furan[3′,2′∶6,7]chromone,1),二十八烷酸(octacosanoic acid,2),异欧前胡素(isoimperatorin,3),3′S-(-)-O-乙酰基亥茅酚[3′S-(-)-O-acetylhamaudol,4),佛手柑内酯(bergapten,5),异氧化前胡内酯(iso-oxypeucedanin,6),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,7),拐芹色原酮(angeliticin A,8),石当归素(saxalin,9),栓翅芹烯醇(pabulenol,10),去甲基丁香色原酮(noreugenin,11),水合氧化前胡(oxypeucedaninhydrate,12),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,13),蔗糖(sucrose,14)。结论:化合物1为新色原酮结构,命名为紫金砂色原酮A(polymorchromone A)。化合物2,4,11,13,14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Angelica polymorpha root. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from Camptothemis macrophyllae. They were 5-hydroxy-2 - [(angeloxy) methyl] furo [3 ’, 2’: 6,7] -hydroxy-2 - (angeloyloxy) methyl] furan [3 ’, 2’: 6,7] chromone, 1), octacosanoic acid (2), isoimperatorin (3) , 3’S - (-) - O-acetylhimauol [3’S - (-) - O-acetylhamaudol, 4), bergapten (5) -oxypeucedanin (6), β-sitosterol (7), angeliticin A (8), saxalin (9), pabulenol (10) Noreugenin (11), oxypeucedaninhydrate (12), daucosterol (13), and sucrose (14). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new chromone structure named polymorchromone A. Compounds 2, 4, 11, 13 and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
