随着科学技术的不断发展,建筑工程建设也突飞猛进,伴随而来的是建筑工程造价慢慢的被企业所重视,其原因就在于建筑工程造价具有控制资金投入、管理施工过程、利润最大化等功能。但是在工程实际的施工过程中,由于多种不确定性的因素,造成了预算价格和实际的投资之间产生巨大的反差,这就使建筑工程造价失去了它应该起到的作用。鉴于此,本文主要对建筑工程造价的合理规划管理进行分析。
