绿僵菌(Metarrhizium anisopliae Metsch.)是昆虫感染的病原菌之一,在昆虫的微生物防治中受到广泛研究。它有200多种寄主,主要是土柄昆虫。它能使寄主昆虫罹绿僵病或中毒死亡。小云斑鳃金龟(Polyphylla gracilicornis Blanch)罹绿僵病而死亡的事实,在国内未见报道。78年,我们从天津南开大学引进了绿僵菌菌种。把菌种制成分生孢子悬液,采用体表点滴,微量饲喂和伤口接触三种方法感染小云斑鳃金龟三龄幼虫,获得成功。
Metarrhizium anisopliae Metsch. Is one of the pathogen of insect infection and has been extensively studied in the insect control of microorganisms. It has over 200 host species, mainly soil-borne insects. It can kill host insects or die of poisoning. The fact that Polyphylla gracilicornis Blanch died after suffering from a stiff green card was not reported in China. In 78 years, we introduced Metarhizium species from Nankai University in Tianjin. The strain was made into conidia suspension, the use of body surface drip, trace feeding and wound contact with the three methods of infection of Scleractophaga third-instar larvae, to be successful.
