论述了可编程逻辑控制器在镜泊湖发电厂蓝筹电站1号主变冷却器自动控制系统中的改造设计与应用,分析了原主变冷却器控制系统存在的问题和不足,提出了改造方案,增加了扩展模块,重新编制了可编程逻辑控制器控制程序,完善了中控报警信息。改造后的主变冷却器控制系统更加合理、安全和可靠,提高了监控系统的功能,保证了主变压器安全稳定运行,适应了现代发电厂建设“无人值班”(少人值守)的发展要求。
The design and application of programmable logic controller in the automatic control system of primary chiller 1 of Lanchong Power Station in Jingbohu Power Plant are discussed. The problems and shortcomings in the control system of original main transformer are analyzed. Added expansion module, re-programmed programmable logic controller control procedures, improve the control alarm information. After the transformation of the main transformer control system is more reasonable, safe and reliable, and improve the function of the monitoring system to ensure the safe and stable operation of the main transformer to adapt to the modern power plant construction “unmanned” (less manned) Development requirements.
