哈尔滨市气功协会于4月8日召开总结表彰奖励大会。会议由姜连臣主持,并传达了国家体育总局228号文件。理事长李宗有作了《认清形势,明确任务,为发展气功和人体科学事业再做贡献》的报告。原省人大副主任、省人体科学领导小组组长嵇华出席会议并作了重要讲话,市体育运动委员会副主任潘金魁也讲了话。会上表彰奖励了198名优秀会员和15个先进专业委员会。它们是:大藏功专业委员会、元极功专业委员会、香坊中功专业委员会、天功专业委员会、启明光能功专业委员会、
Harbin Qigong Association held on April 8 to summarize the recognition awards. The meeting was chaired by Jiang Lianchen and conveyed No. 228 of the State Sports General Administration.
