南通市经济技术开发区(以下简称开发区)是1984年12月由国务院批准兴办的。1985年9月江苏省人民政府批准我市开发区的规划面积为5.02平方公里,首期工程为1.65平方公里。经过两年的建设,现已初步形成了投资环境。兴办开发区,是一桩开拓性事业,需要在实践中探索、前进;而从无到有地建立开发区的档案工作,也是一桩开拓性事业,同样需要在实践中探索、前进。从开发区创建之日起,我们便开始了开发区建档工作的探索。我们认为必须针对开发区的新情况、新特点,运用新的工作方法,走一条改革的新路。一、分析新情况开发区的建设,以全新的面貌展现在人眼前。我们必须对突飞猛进的建设给建档工作带来的新情况、新问题有个清醒的分析与冷静的思考。
Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Development Zone) was approved by the State Council in December 1984. September 1985 Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government approved the development zone of our city planning area of 5.02 square kilometers, the first phase of the project is 1.65 square kilometers. After two years of construction, an investment environment has been initially formed. To set up a development zone is a pioneering undertaking that needs to be explored and progressed in practice. To establish a development zone archives from scratch is also a pioneering undertaking. It also needs exploration and progress in practice. From the date of the establishment of the zone, we started the exploration of the establishment of the zone. We think we must take a new road to reform in light of the new conditions and characteristics of the zone and the application of new methods of work. First, analyze the new situation Development Zone, with a new look in front of people. We must have a clear analysis and calm thinking on the new situation and new problems brought about by the rapid construction of archives.
