应世界铁路研究大会(WCRR’94)主席Grard Cambillou的邀请,中国代表团参加了1994年11月4~6日在巴黎召开的第2届世界铁路研究大会。 第2届世界铁路研究大会由美国铁路协会(AAR)、日本国铁研究所(RTRI)、国际铁路联盟(UIC)、英国铁路(BR)、德国铁路(DB)、意大利铁路(PS)和法国国营铁路(SNCF)联合组织召开。大会共设了7个分会场,来自世界近50个国家和地区的1500余名代表参加了本届大会,会议共举行圆桌讨论会3次,收录论文268篇,其中宣读论文129篇,交流论文139篇,并组织了技术访问和探索性旅行。 我国铁路代表团在会上发表了题为“中国高速铁路的现状与展望”和“提高货车转向架动力学性能的技术策略”两篇论文,并与部分代表进行了交流。 本届大会的主要议程如下。 11月14日上午,由SNCF副总裁、大会组织委员会主席Roumeguere致开幕词,并就铁路研究的
At the invitation of Grard Cambillou, chairman of the World Railway Research Congress (WCRR’94), the Chinese delegation participated in the 2nd World Railway Research Conference held in Paris from November 4 to 6, 1994. The 2nd World Railway Research Conference was jointly organized by the AAR, RTRI, UIC, BR, DB, PS and France State-owned railway (SNCF) joint organization held. A total of 7 sub-venues were set up at the conference. More than 1,500 delegates from nearly 50 countries and regions in the world attended the symposium. The symposium held a total of three round-table discussions and 268 papers, of which 129 were published and papers were exchanged 139 articles, and organized technical visits and exploratory travel. Chinese railway delegation delivered two papers entitled “The Status and Prospect of China’s High-speed Railway” and “Technical Strategy for Improving Kinetic Performance of Freight Car Bogies” and exchanged views with some delegates.
