This article is divided into five parts. The first part examines the constituent elements of “p and q” again: p and q; the second part probes its syntactic function; the third part analyzes its format meaning; the fourth part discusses its pragmatics Value: exaggerated, inclusive and so on. The fifth part is the summary of this article.
