(2006年2月8日上海市人民政府令第55号发布) 市人民政府决定,对《上海市旅行社管理办法》作如下修改: 一、第四条修改为: 市旅游行政管理部门负责本市旅行社的管理。区、县旅游行政管理部门按照职责,负责本辖区内国内旅行社的管理,业务上受市旅游行政管理部门的领导。区、县旅游行政管理部门接受市旅游行政管理部门的委托,负责本辖区内国内旅行社的审批。
(February 8, 2006, Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Decree No. 55) Municipal People’s Government decided to “Shanghai Travel Agency Management Measures” to make the following changes: First, Article IV was amended as follows: City Tourism Administration is responsible for the city Travel agency management. The district and county tourism administrative departments shall, in accordance with their functions and duties, be responsible for the management of domestic travel agencies within their respective jurisdictions and shall be under the leadership of the municipal tourism administrative department in their businesses. The district and county tourism administrative departments accept the entrustment of the municipal tourism administrative department and take charge of the examination and approval of domestic travel agencies in their respective jurisdictions.
