《中华人民共和国安全生产法》(以下简称《安全生产法》)现已公布,自2002年11月1日起施行。为做好《安全生产法》的学习宣传工作,国家安全生产监督管理局、中华人民共和国司法部、全国普及法律常识办公室联合发文(安监管政法字犤2002犦63号《关于广泛开展学习宣传〈中华人民共和国安全生产法〉活动的通知》。为此建设部办公厅亦发文(建办质函犤2002犦378号《关于在全国建设系统组织开展学习宣传〈中华人民共和国安全生产法〉活动的通知》。希望各级建设行政主管部门、各企、事业单位加强领导、积极组织,以学习宣传《中华人民共和国安全生产法》为契机,进一步加强当前的安全生产工作。
The “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safe Production” (hereinafter referred to as “Production Safety Law”) has been promulgated since November 1, 2002. In order to do a good job in studying and promoting the Work Safety Law, the State Administration of Work Safety, the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China, and the Office of General Knowledge of Laws of the People’s Republic of China jointly issue a document (Code on Security Regulatory Law 犤 2002 犦 63) People’s Republic of China Law on Safety Production> Notification. “Therefore, the General Office of the Ministry of Construction also issued a document (Building a letter 2002 犦 No. 378” on the construction of the national system of organizations to carry out activities of learning and promoting the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safety Production” It is hoped that the administrative departments in charge of construction at all levels, all enterprises and public institutions will step up their leadership and organize actively to take the opportunity of studying and publicizing the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China as an opportunity to further strengthen the current work safety work.
